Atlantic Housing Foundation’s primary work is to build, renovate, and operate affordable apartment communities to meet the needs of low to moderate income residents. We own 46 communities and more than 10,000 units, and have multiple development and renovation projects underway.

However, our investment goes beyond housing because we’re committed to providing residents with services that foster a sense of community, improve quality of life, and promote personal growth and advancement. Our community service programs are designed and implemented using a systems approach to continuously improve the effectiveness of our services.
