Core Values & The AHF Way
How we work is just as important as the work we do. Through our Core Values and principles outlined within The AHF Way, we strive to do whatever it takes to help our employees and communities succeed.
Our workplace culture follows the Core Values of Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Investing in Human Capital, Integrity, Accountability, and Passion for Service. When you join the Atlantic Housing team, you’ll find these values are the foundation for our interactions with our residents, employees, and business partners. They represent our moral compass and have become deeply ingrained in our culture.
We’re always looking for ways to invest in the growth of our employees. The video below shows some highlights from our 2024 Leadership Conference. This year’s event took place at a hotel in Savannah, Georgia. It was a time for renewed inspiration, collaboration, celebration, and learning for community managers and lead service technicians from 45 properties across the southern U.S. This year’s theme, “Flawless Execution, Exceptional Customer Service” encompasses the aim of our organization as we seek to raise our resident services to new heights and consistently perform daily apartment operations with accuracy and intention. We hosted speaker sessions, team-building activities, and an awards dinner to recognize our top-performing site teams.
All Atlantic Housing employees lead by holding ourselves accountable for the highest standards of work performance and by constantly striving for excellence, making continuous improvements in our areas of responsibility no matter what title we hold. We lead by collaborating and contributing to a supportive work environment where everyone feels connected and engaged, and where it is safe to confront facts, take risks, and try new ideas.
