Orleans Garden is a 100% Section 8 project-based apartment
community located in Charleston, South Carolina. The community is located in
the Citadel submarket of Charleston just across the street from the Citadel
Mall. Orleans Garden is comprised of three one-story and 12 two-story apartment
buildings containing studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment homes. There are
several playgrounds and a centrally located laundry facilty for the residents'
use. Renovations have been ongoing over the years and the property is scheduled
to get several new roofs, a new fence, and some wood and metal repairs in
2004.
